Emergency appeal from South Sudan: Help us with internet and emergency aid for flood victims
We recently received an urgent appeal from Bishop Stephen Dokolo of Lui, South Sudan. He wrote to us with a double request for help!
Emergency Call Lui Hospital
Our long-standing partner, Doctors With Africa CUAMM from Italy, has stopped working at Lui Hospital and has moved out. We are now struggling to find another international Christian organization that can help us provide healthcare services.
CUAMM said they no longer have the funds to manage their work at Lui Hospital, but they do have funds to operate in other parts of South Sudan. They have now relocated to Rumbek and Yirol, but have left Lui Hospital after working there for almost 15 years. This is very sad for the people of Lui, Mudri County, as Lui Hospital is the only referral hospital in the region.
Which organization can intervene and send some doctors to save lives in Mundri County?
